In this role you will work with our professional project management team and be trained to deliver web development projects to an excellent standard. You will get the opportunity to see the projects through from start to finish. You will liaise and communicate with a team of 5 web developers who will be building the websites. You will also gain a lot of experience in communicating with our clients. You will be dealing with enquiries, answering their questions and learning how to build and maintain relationships with them. You will gain knowledge on how to do client service efficiently, in a professional manner. Your skills in time management will grow significantly. You will also gain some technical understanding of how websites are built. Your role will be key to ensuring that our clients get the finished product they are looking for: the website of their dreams. There is a lot of communication involved in this role, and your skills in written, spoken and online meeting communication will grow significantly. You will be planning projects according to time scale and working to deadlines.

In order to be a good fit for this role you will be extremely organised and methodical. You will be able to work at speed and multi-task and will have a hunger to learn new things. You will be enthusiastic and committed to seeing projects to the end, with a very fine attention to detail. You will be able to work independently but also be very aware of and collaborative with the team around you.

Skills, Experience, Qualifications
Excellent organisation and communication skills, methodical way of working and able to work simultaneously on different projects.
Some customer service, project coordination or project delivery.
Competent in using Microsoft Office.
GCSE/ Higher qualifications preferred but not required.
Employability Support
As soon as you join us you will be assigned a tailored online training course. You will learn how to use the Google Workplace, Slack, Zoom, and many other online productivity tools in order to communicate with the wider Dijify team. For your work in project management and support you will use platforms such as Trello and ToDoist, and you will be fully trained in these. You will be managing and supporting web development projects that will be built by a team of 5 trainee developers. You will be helping them understand the tasks they need to carry out. You will also be involved in making sure the projects are delivered on time and to the client’s satisfaction. During this process you will gain highly developed time-management and coordination skills, as well as some technical understanding of websites . You will receive training in how to communicate with the trainee web developers through email, slack and zoom. You will also be trained and become experienced in communicating with our clients and learn how to build and maintain relationships with them.
Towards the end of your six months, we will give you training on how to make a CV that looks great, outlines what you have learnt, and is aimed at getting future employers’ attention. We will also provide you with interview training.
During your whole time with us, our dedicated training and development team will be in regular touch with you, providing online group and one-to-one meetings, as well as social activities. We will be available to oversee your training. You will be able to ask us questions. We will make sure you are clearly understanding your role and getting the right training and experience. From attendance, timekeeping and teamwork through to career advice and setting goals, we are here to give you the best start to your new career.
